What We Do
Our 35-hour facilitator-led training course is more comprehensive - and more accountable - than ANY other automotive sales training on the market. This class is a vital, energizing, productive start to a successful sales career, not a snooze-and-win waste of time and money.

How It Works
We immerse your new hires in the day-to-day world of automotive sales. Your recruits learn – and are certified in – all the major steps of the sales process in a customer-focused, need-based, consultative system. We prepare your new salespeople to respond to ANY customer need or concern. In four-and-a-half stimulating, hands-on days of learning experiences, our sales coaches ready your new sales people to begin at a higher productivity levels than many of your veterans can demonstrate.

Where We Train
ASTS classes are held at Indiana Wesleyan University, located just south of 96th Street on the north side of Indianapolis. Two to three classes will be scheduled each month at the IWU Conference Center. Depending upon your needs, we’ll come to your store or stage your training sessions at another facility.

Course Overview
With a consultative sales training format, your new salespeople can begin their careers with skills that rival those of your veterans.  We help your salespeople understand what customers really want- and what they want to avoid.  Above all, we show your new hires how to build clients’ trust, understanding their needs and offering something they really value.

Our in-depth seminar teaches adults in the ways they learn best, using small-group exercises, hands-on experience with real-world skills, and objective counseling to encourage and direct learner progress.  We provide individual coaching from seasoned automotive sales management professionals.  Our students learn key skills of consultative selling by role playing and reviewing their videotaped progress, helping them observe and improve their skills as they learn.
